Investigating Sites
When our developer clients spot a promising site, their first call is to us. We obtain Land Registry Official Copies online to find out the extent of the land and who owns it, and can have the results back in under 5 minutes. We can also obtain Ordnance Survey maps at the same speed.
Getting Options to Buy
Having negotiated the deal, you will want to secure an option to purchase the property. We can draft an option and submit it to the landowner, deal with their solicitors and progress to an exchange of option agreements, allowing you to apply for planning permission safe in the knowledge that you can exercise your option to purchase once planning permission is granted.
Purchase of Land
When you want to proceed to purchase the site, we can deal with the necessary legal work switfly and efficiently.
Plot Sales
We can deal with the subsequent plot/flat sales, drafting elegant transfers or leases that contain everything they ought to, but aren't full of legal jargon and arcane terms.
